What can I say, road trips are excruciatingly boring for little ones. We go on road trips on a regular basis. One time, we also made the mistake of travelling in the evening while en route to the family resort. We thought that it would be better for Kara because the trip will be shorter (instead of 12 hours, the trip only took 8 hours). It wasn't. She usually sleeps through the night (from 11pm to 9am) but this time, she woke up in the middle of her sleep and probably forgot
When Kara was around 4 months old, we got her PH Passport (why at 4 months old? It takes that long to get the NSO Birth Certificate and that is required for both US and PH passport application). The good thing with getting a baby's passport (or those below 7 years old) is that YOU DON'T HAVE TO LINE UP (well, obviously they shouldn't make you line up - it won't be comfortable for the baby nor for you). You also don't need to schedule an appointment. Just show up with the baby
